Refund Policy

We understand life happens!

If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you'll receive a 50% refund. Under 24 hours cancellation is considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount. We are a small fleet and need to ensure we have full sessions booked. Thank you for understanding!

Waivers will be signed upon arrival by each party. Children under 18 years old will need a parent to sign on their behalf. You can have it filled out beforehand if you wish.
